Shipping Policy:
Please allow 1-3 business days processing time before products are shipped. The shipping time frame purchased with USPS is how long they will take to deliver your package after it has left our care. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. All shipping issues must be handled with USPS. Please take the time to put in your correct address during checkout. Tracking numbers will be sent out to customers notifying them that the order has shipped. Tracking will state exact date of delivery from the delivery carrier.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Returns Policy:
Due to the nature of our business, we can not offer you a refund or exchange. If you received the wrong product please email concerns to info@bblissskincare.com, send us an email within 5 days of receiving your package. All sales are final there will be no refunds.
